How to Apply for MTNN Y’ello Mums Programme

Mothers who use MTN and are career oriented can now apply for the MTNN Y’ello Mums Programme.

This is a 12 months programme organized for mothers who are getting ready to get back into the corporate environment after being taken out of the business environment by issues such as child birth, a sick child among others over a long period of time.

This programme targets all career women in Nigeria who are getting ready to get back to work after a long break from work.

The programme is designed to help such mothers integrate back into their professional personalities easily.

Such career women will through this initiate gradually get on their feet in the world of work as though they have not been absent for long.

Requirements for MTNN Y’ello Mums initiative is a one year programme

1. The applicant have between 2-5 years experience in their profession as at the time they were taking the maternity leave or leave to take care of their sick children.
2. The applicant must also have relevant professional certification or demonstrate evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in their career.

The programme will be held at the MTN PLAZA, Falomo, Ikoyi, Lagos. Interest applicants are to apply for consideration on or before Friday, October 10, 2025.

What information do I need to apply for the MTNN Y’ello Mums initiative?

Information needed to apply the programme are as follows.

1. Full name of applicants.
2. Phone number
3. Email Address
4. Number of years worked before going on the long leave.
5. Last position held before going on the long leave.
6. Reason for going on the leave.
7. Are you eligible to work in Nigeria? If Yes, you qualify to apply.
8. All applicants will have to upload their resume in PDF format. Ensure to have this before applying.

The applicant must also disclose if they have any relationship with any management officer of MTN Nigeria. If you are a relative if individual/entity regarding MTN Nigeria Communications Plc  (e.g. MTN Employee, Directors, Strategic Partners, Suppliers, Vendors, Service Providers, 3rd Party Agents), you must disclose it.
